The Ormeau Fair Stages shows will dazzle and amaze you. From local dancing school kids to talented musicians and professional dancers, there is something for everyone on stage.
The kids will be entertained for hours with the countless fun rides supplied by the Showman's Guild. My favourite is the dodgem cars. Check out these wild rides.
Inspirational classic cars that are perfectly detailed and immaculately kept and will bring back fond memories for all those that were growing up as these cars were around. You will be blown away by the beauty of the cars and make sure you have a chat to the owners as well.
Ormeau Fair is fast becoming recognised by the Saturday night fireworks and movie display. Let the kids be dazzled and entertained as the fireworks are blasting over the nights sky.
What a brilliant way to spend a lazy Saturday evening than under a perfect winters nightfall. Bring a jacket and watch as we play one of the current movies to entertain you all.
For whatever reason the kids are always impressed when farm animals are on display. They can pat them and feed them and watch them do their funny little tricks.
These usually happen during the day on the oval. These aren't no ordinary dogs but instead are some of the brightest and most well trained dogs on the coast. Prepare to be amazed by the tricks they perform.
Ormeau Lions is a proud supporter of the local Ormeau Community and all funds raised go straight back into the community. We highly encourage you to support your local businesses to make all our lives that much better. The Ormeau Lions are volunteers and have create the Ormeau Fair every year in their own personal time and don't get paid to run the event. Please give generously if you can. Better yet, come down and say high at one of our driver reviver's or sausage sizzles.
On the subject of supporting your local community please make sure you visit the various market stalls on the day and purchase some exotic foods and/or acquire their services. With a wide range of products and services available, you are sure to find something to suit your needs.
